Caramelized onions in a rich beef broth, topped with crusty baguette and Gruyere cheese.
Warm French ham and Gruyere cheese on sliced sourdough and topped with Bechamel.
Traditional salad generously portioned with tiny potatoes, Haricot Vert, garden veggies, Nicoise olives, Seared Tuna and hard boiled farm egg. Served with Sherry vinaigrette.

Red wine braised pig cheeks, creamed corn, tomato jam.
